Phase 1
Phase I consists of 40 lots, 90% of which are already sold. All these lots take advantage of flat land and have access to Lake Martin.
Lake Martin: Lake Martin is a natural lake, ideal for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and ice skating in winter. There is a raft in the middle of the lake, as well as a dock for residents for easy access with a canoe.
Phase I benefits from seasonal rentals (minimum 5 months) for owners who do not occupy their Chic Shack all year long. We can offer concierge services as needed.
Phase 2

Located on a mountain site, these lots offer beautiful views of Mont Tremblant, Rouge River Valley, and the Montagne d’Argent. They also benefit from the Chic Shack trails and private access to Lake Long.
Long Lake: Long lake is a beautiful, natural lake, located on crown land. This 3km lake is accessible to all our residents via the private roads of our project, and is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding and swimming.
Phase II benefits from short term rental for owners for whom rental revenu is a priority.
Phase 3

Launched in 2020, Phase 4 consists of 44 lots, with only three lot left! These lots offer beautiful views and are all more than 1 acre in size. They also benefit from the Chic Shack trails and private access to Lake Long.
